Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the brief was to create a high-end duplex design that allowed living zones to lap up the water views whilst also maximising the connection to the rear of the site for secluded poolside relaxation.

About this client’s build
The creation of two storey residences either side of a central party wall. First floor living areas extended out to balcony areas representing an indoor-outdoor connection that took advantage of classic Central Coast Pacific Ocean views.
Downstairs, via a feature two storey entry stair void, the bedrooms and secondary living areas flowed out to a rear yard pool area ideal for entertaining.
